Open Up Sheffield 2014

UPDATE: Some images from the Easy gallery are now on the site.

Easy On The Eye will be taking part in the OPEN UP SHEFFIELD scheme this year.  Artists, designers, photographers and print-makers open up their studio spaces for members of the public to come and see their work and chat about the techniques, inspiration and whatever else they want.  The scheme runs over a couple of weekends but Easy On The Eye will be open on bank holiday May 4th and 5th only. Time is 11am to 5pm.  A selection of new and revised prints all loosely based on the theme of local record shops, vinyl and pop history will be on show (see details on the site).  The studio will be signed from the street. For people making the journey to what is a bit of an isolated area of the city Kate Wells is also opening her studio two doors down (70 Nethergate), so it helps make the trip worth while! CONTACT DETAILS are on the site. For more information about OPEN UP and other artists to visit, check the Open Up website. Improvised wheelchair access can be sorted (with advance notice) and the studio floor itself is level.
